Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is important to us that your garment fits you properly and you LOVE it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or we will happily exchange for a product of the same value. *Please note all items purchased through a sale are non refundable but you can exchange for another style or size.
Both swing tags must be on the garment, and the garment must be unworn for a full refund or exchange.

Please note return postage is covered by you but you will not be charged again for shipping if you opt to exchange your items. If you opt for an exchange and need help with your size please send us your measurements so we can work it out.
To be eligible for a return/exchange:
• Your garments must have been delivered to you in the last 30 days.
• All items must be returned unworn, with original tags, and packaging intact.
• Package up the item with name and order number on our exchange card provided with the purchase.
There are certain situations where returns and exchanges are not granted:
• Any item not in its original condition that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
• All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
• We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
• Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty/damaged item
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can arrange this for you.
OUR POLICY
Product must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Product must be unworn and returned in the original condition.
Product must have all tags in place.
SALE or discounted items cannot be refunded – only exchanged or a store credit can be given for the sale value.
All returns must include the original packaging, without postal labels.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Items marked as 'Sale' cannot be refunded.
Items purchased during a sale and/OR using a sale promo code are non refundable – exchange or store credit only.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving goods.
Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a debit or credit card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card otherwise an exchange will be offered. Please note a refund back onto a debit or credit card can take between 5 and 10 working days.
All are refunds are processed in AUD (Australian dollars).
EXCHANGES
If the item you are exchanging is of less or greater value, you will be required to pay the difference or we will refund you the difference.
STORE CREDIT
Store credits will be provided in the form of a Gift Card. Gift Cards can only be used online.
Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Gift Cards are only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected 'Store Credit' as the refund method.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Gift Voucher will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Gift cards do not expire.
